Blend yogurt, herbs, anchovy, lemon zest/juice, and a glug of olive oil into a smooth sauce. Season.

Pat the salmon dry; salt the skin. Sear skin-side down in an oiled pan over medium heat 5 minutes, flip 2 minutes more.

Plate the salmon, spoon green goddess over the top, finish with cracked pepper.
