The story so far

Ginger Bug, The Mother is a gingerale project ( started May 29 ) currently alive.

The fermentation bench is part kitchen log, part lab notebook. Every batch here gets its own row in the bench, and when the airlock goes quiet we move on to the next stage — racking, bottling, aging, or (occasionally) dumping with a note for next time.
