The story so far

Black Plum Country Wine is a wine project ( started Mar 12 ) currently aging.

The fermentation bench is part kitchen log, part lab notebook. Every batch here gets its own row in the bench, and when the airlock goes quiet we move on to the next stage — racking, bottling, aging, or (occasionally) dumping with a note for next time.
