Spring Meadow Mead

The story so far

Spring Meadow Mead is a mead project ( started May 01 ) currently racked.

The fermentation bench is part kitchen log, part lab notebook. Every batch here gets its own row in the bench, and when the airlock goes quiet we move on to the next stage — racking, bottling, aging, or (occasionally) dumping with a note for next time.

Racked at week six. Clarity improving. Stuck airlock cleared after a gentle stir.
